We use whole mushroom fruiting bodies rather than extracts or isolated compounds. This keeps the offering close to the whole form of the mushroom and reflects our preference for simple, minimally processed ingredients.

Yes. Each formulation is carefully measured for consistency, and our products are made in small batches so the experience stays as reliable as possible.

We usually recommend taking your microdose every other day, as this tends to work well for most people. Whichever protocol you choose, it is important to avoid dosing every day to prevent building a tolerance.

For best results, we recommend storing all House of I AM products in the fridge. If that is not an option, a cool, dry, dark place like a pantry works too.

Keep the package sealed, avoid heat and direct sunlight, and store below 70°F if possible. Proper storage helps keep your medicine fresh and effective.

Your medicine is at peak potency when it arrives. When stored properly, it will stay that way for at least 3 months. It may still be active beyond that, but we guarantee full potency within that window.

We currently ship to all U.S. states and Canada. We have some limited options for shipping to Europe — please message us to learn more.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose:

• First Class Mail: 5–7 business days
• Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

We ship Monday through Friday, and most orders leave our hands within 1–2 days of being placed. You will receive a tracking email once it is on the way.

Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer standard refunds. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or goes missing, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.

Subscriptions have a two-cycle minimum commitment. After your second order has processed, you can pause, skip, or cancel from your customer account.
